Burberry recognised in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the second consecutive year

Today, we are proud to be included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) for the second consecutive year, reflecting our commitment to inclusion.

The 2022 GEI aims to track the performance of public companies committed to transparency in gender-data reporting. This reference index measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand.

As well as continuing to score above the company average overall, we performed well above this level across the female leadership and talent pipeline, inclusive culture, and pro-women brand categories. At the same time, the results of the index enable us to identify areas of opportunity to build on our support for colleagues and communities.
